Carcasse is open from Friday to Tuesday for lunch from 12AM-2PM
and for diner from 6.30PM-9PM.
Guests at Carcasse are not seated separately but at communal tables, on normal chairs or bar stools.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
An online reservation is possible 2 months in advance
for a maximum of 10 guests.
Please feel free to share your dietary restrictions or allergies
in the 'Remarks' field in our reservation system.
Parties of 8 guests or more can contact us by phone or email.
This allows us to discuss the availability and the options for your menu.
At Carcasse we believe in sharing. Our dishes are served in the middle of the table so they can be shared between guests. Imagine a
a slow roasted suckling piglet or a hand-cut beef tartare... the possibilities are endless. For those wishing to discover different cuts and preparations of the same meat we also have tasting menus around pork or beef.
